Sr. Account Executive
Reporting directly to the Director – Business Development, the Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for working with the CEO / Director – Business Development to identify and generate new leads in the areas of company’s expertise / interest. This will / may involve running multiple campaigns across multiple channels / mediums including, but not limited to, email marketing, cold calling, and conferences. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new customer relationships.
- Stable growth through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building with mid tier and fortune 500 companies.
- Drive Prospect qualification and solution processing.
- Oversee all aspects of solution proposals through project identification and implementation.
- Develop and implement monthly marketing plan to include forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to management in order to provide accounting/opportunity planning.
- Qualify opportunities by identifying scope of projects and initiatives, stakeholders, and decision makers.
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years previous direct sales experience selling to managed accounts at the CXO and VP level.
- Must have proven track record of identifying, penetrating and closing new accounts.
- Must have experience selling outsourced software development solutions, preferably in the areas of web and mobile application development.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
- Must have ability to work independently but within a team environment.
- Experience with open source technology a plus.
- Understanding newer Consumer focused internet / mobile applications is a big plus.
- Experience working within Multi-National Corporations, a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, especially in Computer Science, Business Management or Engineering fields.
HR Administrator
The position will be out of our rapidly growing Washington, D.C. office and will offer an incredible opportunity for the right individual. This role provides strong support in various areas of the business including strategic planning, executive assistance, recruiting and hiring, record keeping, human resources and more. We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven employee with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must have a positive and upbeat personality and be ready to help organize and drive our practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Development, implement and administer policies and programs in the areas of compensation and benefits that includes employment, employee relations, human resources information systems, management development, training and organization development.
- Review, recommend and oversee the implementation of organizational effectiveness tools/programs that will create a high-performance culture and help attract and retain top talent.
- Interview new candidates for internal positions.
- Reviews and updates Employee Handbook on an annual basis or as needed.
- Administers all employee benefits and coordinates annual plan renewals.
- Maintain employee personnel files, retain records in line with company record retention requirements.
- Complete necessary pre-employment checks, references, employment eligibility forms, background checks.
- Responsible for each new employee joining formalities including all new hire paperwork, time-sheets, pay schedule etc.
- Be the main point of contact for each employed consultant.
- Be very knowledgeable on all HR company policies and all HR information.
- Keep detailed logs of conversations, notes on consultants.
- Counsel employees on benefit plan provisions.
- Review client and vendor contracts as needed.
Required:
- Bachelor degree or human resources experience preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office suite, (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have ability to lead in a team environment.

Senior Recruiter
AXG is looking for highly motivated career-oriented Sr. Technical Recruiters to join our team. - Identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and social media.
- Work with the Director of Client Services to establish and maintain weekly target goals through CRM tool.
- Keep detailed logs of conversations, notes on new candidates.
- Manage consultants while on assignment, identify and predict future related contractor problems and be able to counsel and monitor consultants.
- Complete necessary pre-employment checks and references.Negotiate compensation packages for consultants.
- Serve as a mentor to entry level Recruiters.
Required:
- 4 Plus years of Agency recruiting experience.
- Must have ability to work independently but within a team environment.
- Candidates must have a proven track record of success, preferably from a big Agency environment.
- Background in technology-focused organizations a must.
- Ability to develop, organize and execute a detailed recruiting plan on a daily basis.
- Must be open to training and working in a challenging environment.
- Must be disciplined, competitive in nature and have an assertive demeanor.
- Must have excellent communications both written and verbal, must have clear and customer- focused voice.
- Ability to recruit and close in all levels of Information Technology.
- Must have college degree or equivalent sales and recruiting experience.
